Saturday November 21st 12-3 PM
In this month’s Women’s Temazcal, we will be creating sacred space to support ourselves and one another through the grieving process.
So many of us are struggling with grief and loss. It may come in the form of the passing of a loved one, the ending of a relationship, or perhaps the loss of a job. Whatever the reason for your grief, you are invited to come sweat, pray, and receive spiritual support for your personal grieving process.
We will be working with sacred plants, flower essences, and teas that support the grieving process, along with the healing energy of the Sacred. This ceremony will be co-led by me and two of my apprentices Maribeth and Autumn who are Temazcaleras in training. Soon they will be leading ceremonies on their own.
Please bring:
Plenty of water and a water bottle to stay hydrated
Two towels
Bathing attire or something that can get wet inside the Temazcal
Flowers for the altar and ceremony, if you can
You are also welcome to bring a snack or dish to share afterward.
We ask for a $40 energy exchange to help support the cost of the ceremony.
Please message me to RSVP and for the address. I look forward to being in sacred space and community.
