What I Do &
Who I Am
Where trauma meets compassion and the soul remembers its truth.
About Me
My healing path did not begin in adulthood, it began in childhood.
From an early age, I was deeply intuitive, empathic, and energetically sensitive. I perceived emotions, spiritual presences, and subtle energies long before I had language for them. As a child, I naturally gravitated toward comforting others, sensing pain and imbalance intuitively and responding with compassion. While these abilities were not always understood or supported at the time, they quietly shaped my connection to the unseen world and set the foundation for my life’s work.
In my early twenties, I entered formal religious ministry, where my intuitive and prophetic capacities became more visible and recognized. I quickly found myself in the role of prophet and minister, traveling throughout the United States and England offering spiritual guidance, prayer, and support. Those years offered invaluable teachings, not only about faith and devotion, but about human suffering, trauma, and the deep need for safe, embodied spiritual care.
As my awareness matured, I began to recognize the limitations of traditional religious structures, particularly in their ability to support trauma healing, energetic imprints, ancestral wounds, and soul fragmentation. Rather than turning away from Spirit, I chose to follow it more fully. With discernment and integrity, I stepped away from organized religious ministry to seek healing traditions that honored the body, the nervous system, the ancestors, and the land.
That calling led me to Earth-based and shamanic traditions, where my intuitive abilities found a grounded and ethical container. I began my shamanic training in Albuquerque, New Mexico, committing myself to practices rooted in energetic protection, trauma awareness, consent, and respect for lineage and land. Through years of training, ceremony, and lived experience, I developed a healing practice that bridges prophetic insight with shamanic journeying, intuitive guidance, and compassionate presence.
Today, I offer both individual and community-based healing experiences. My one-on-one work supports deep energetic clearing, soul retrieval, trauma release, ancestral healing, and spiritual realignment. In community settings, I help facilitate ceremonial spaces that foster connection, remembrance, and collective healing.
I am actively involved in hosting and supporting community events, including Temazcals (sweat lodge ceremonies), Cacao Ceremonies, healing circles, retreats, nature walks, and group healing events. These gatherings are created with intention and reverence, offering participants an opportunity to reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the natural world in a grounded and respectful way.
Outside of my healing and ceremonial work, I am grounded by my life with my dog, Clio. Clio is a steady and intuitive presence who embodies loyalty, grounding, and the quiet wisdom animals carry. Time spent with her, especially in nature, helps keep my work balanced, embodied, and rooted in everyday life.
My approach to healing is never about force, fear, or spiritual bypassing. I believe true transformation happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered to participate in their own healing. Each session or ceremony unfolds in alignment with Spirit, guided by timing, consent, and integration.
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: healing happens when we feel safe enough to come home to ourselves.
I trust that those who are drawn to this work arrive not by chance, but by resonance.
“ Remember that you are created by the Spirit of the four winds.”
You are not an alien to this planet. You are her child. You belong here. Walk on the grass. It’s okay. Sit in the mud, it won’t hurt you. Accept the cold, the heat, the rain and the wind. Remember that you are created by the spirit of the four winds and from the earth taken from all four corners of the planet.
