I invite the men of the community to share safe sacred space that supports your recovery and spiritual healing path. In this ceremony space is created for men to pray, share, be vulnerable and receive spiritual medicine to assist us with physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Because of its physical, spiritual, and emotional impact, sweat lodges are a powerful tool in supporting those in recovery. They provide a profound group therapeutic experience that helps you feel restored in mind and body. Please come extra hydrated, bring water bottle, 2 towels, a snack to share afterwards if you’re able to and we ask for a $40 energy exchange, but no one is turned away due to financial difficulties.
